Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive — meaning no login, deposit or wager activity — for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. Betpas will contact you before any dormancy-related action is taken on your account.
Betpas processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Betpas account within a few minutes of the transaction being completed on your mobile wallet. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of the sending institution. All bonus funds awarded by Betpas are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered in real-money games before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means a PKR 1,000 bonus must generate PKR 20,000 in total wagers before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
Important: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim offers multiple times, using bonus funds in ways designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account closure.
All sports bets placed on Betpas are accepted subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Cricket — including Pakistan Super League matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — is the flagship sport on Betpas, and all Cricket markets are subject to the standard sports betting rules published in the Help section of the platform.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or official source for that sport. In the event of a disputed result, Betpas will hold settlement until the official result is confirmed. Betpas reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or that involved a market error.
In the case of an obvious pricing error — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — Betpas reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets across all sports including Cricket, Football and Esports.
All casino and live casino games on Betpas are provided by certified game suppliers. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently certified. Live casino streams feature real dealers operating under professional studio conditions. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical interruption during a game session, the outcome will be resolved in accordance with the game supplier's published disconnection policy.
